Jennifer Salabsky is truly a gem of a travel agent. She is very organized, caring and genuinely wants to make one’s whole travel experience seemless. Jen helped us with so many things, as infrequent travelers. She made sure we had immigration forms filled out (I completely forgot). She kept us updated on flight information, resort info, and other planning! I appreciate her quick responses. She was able to help us with every question we had. Jen went above and beyond to help us navigate our first Sandals experience. From using her personal experiences to help us pick the right resort for us, to providing us with real-time travel/excursion tips and info, to making sure we had everything we needed and always being an email or phone call away if we needed advice or help, Jen made our honeymoon that much more enjoyable. It’s more like having a friend helping you out than working with a travel agent. And we will definitely be teaming up with her again on our next Sandals vacation!

Jennifer was absolutely AMAZING! Let me explain, I am very busy and run multiple companies but when it comes to my personal stuff I always lack at getting stuff done. Jennifer took all the ?’s out of the mix when it came to booking our trip. Literally handled everything. She would give me the best nudges for us for any of the things that needed done, passport stuff, re-entry stuff, even flights, she was watching flights ahead of time to make sure ours would be on time and when there was a delay, she caught it before I could have even known. She never missed a beat. She loves her work, represents the travel process and Sandals very professionally and was exceptional from start to finish. We rebooked while we were there because of her and wouldn’t have it any other way. She will be our only travel agent because SHE EARNED IT! She is awesome and I hope you have the same amazing experience as we did!

Jen was an excellent travel agent. Our previous travel agent doesn’t come close to what we experienced with Jen. She was very knowledgeable about every aspect of our trip. Especially, being it was international, which was very helpful, and no doubt saved us time and hiccups. You can tell she truly cares about your experience. She recognizes people are busy, and was great with reminder texts, ensuring emails were received, and time sensitive forms were completed.

We has such a nice time at Sandals Dunns River Jamaica! Jennifer communicated every step of the way from to make sure we were prepared and that we arrived and got home smoothly. She highly recommended the resort and it did not disappoint.

We especially loved our room this time and Jennifer was a great help in securing a room we would love. It was our first time using Butler service and Jennifer was a great help in understanding this service. Best of all she saved us a bunch by keeping up on the sales that Sandals offers and getting us a special deal.
