    We don’t know what we would have done without Jen. Her kind reminders to complete paperwork during an already stressful season of wedding planning were incredibly helpful. Even more impressive was her proactive thinking when a hurricane threatened our Jamaica trip. She stepped in immediately and seamlessly moved our honeymoon to a new destination – something that would have left us lost, frustrated, and scrambling on our own. Having to change your honeymoon plans three days before your wedding is overwhelming, but Jen made the entire process feel manageable.     Jen was the best work with!! She was always there for any questions or concerns, and provided great recommendations. She planned our entire trip at Sandals St. Vincent and it was one of the best trips of our lives!! She kept an eye out on Sandals 777 deals which ended up saving us a lot of money while upgrading our room. She even gave insider insight on the resort and what to be prepared for since she was there only a couple weeks before us. Jen also was there all the way up until the departure process, giving us information on our flights and making sure we completed all necessary documents.     Jen was so super helpful at every stage of the process. She offered tons of helpful tips, like what to pack, forms for fill out in advance, etc. leading up to the vacation and made sure we were fully prepared. On our travel days we had a short window for connecting and she was up before the sun watching the weather and potential delays keeping us in the loop. She even recommended her favorite spot for food at the airport! My in-laws traveled with us and also had nothing but great things to say about Jen. I have celiac and Jen arranged for one of the chefs to speak to me and go over their allergy protocol upon arrival. I could go on and on, but ultimately it was all the little details Jen provided that really made us all feel special and taken care of. We will be definitely be booking through Jen again in the future!

    Jennifer was absolutely AMAZING! Let me explain, I am very busy and run multiple companies but when it comes to my personal stuff I always lack at getting stuff done. Jennifer took all the ?’s out of the mix when it came to booking our trip. Literally handled everything. She would give me the best nudges for us for any of the things that needed done, passport stuff, re-entry stuff, even flights, she was watching flights ahead of time to make sure ours would be on time and when there was a delay, she caught it before I could have even known. She never missed a beat. She loves her work, represents the travel process and Sandals very professionally and was exceptional from start to finish. We rebooked while we were there because of her and wouldn’t have it any other way. She will be our only travel agent because SHE EARNED IT! PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their passport is valid at the time of booking and for the duration of their travel. Specifically, your passport must remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond your date of departure from the selected destination. This is a common requirement imposed by many countries to ensure that travelers have sufficient time left on their passports to avoid complications during their stay. Passport book MUST be free of damages and it is the responsibility of the client to replace the passport as soon as possible. Passport must have multiple blank pages available as well. Shoreline Journeys Travel LLC is not responsible for denied boarding or entry if client’s passport does not meet requirements. If you have any questions, contact your local passport office.
