Welcome To Shoreline Journeys!
Happy Saturday! Welcome to Shoreline Journeys, my new home on the internet! I am so happy that you found your way here, and I look forward to helping you make your travel dreams come true! Ready to get packing?
I wasn’t sure what to write for my very first post on the blog. Do I jump right in and start with posts that are educational? Do I take a more personal approach and talk like we are enjoying a cup of coffee together and talking about our latest travel dreams?
Well, the personal approach won out for the very first post on the blog. In fact, I feel that it is a great way to introduce my vision for my newest website.
Shoreline Journeys participates in affiliate marketing programs. I may receive a small commission from any purchases you make through links on this blog. Please see my full disclosure policy for more information.
Before I start, I thought I would share a picture of my husband and I from our latest Sandals Resorts adventure. I miss being on resort where life is simple and you don’t have to think about anything other than having a great time!
Important Links You Should Read First
Okay, let’s get to some important information first. Take a moment to read these pages for all the important things you need to know about interacting with my website.
- Why Shoreline Journeys? What you need to know about the name of the website and its significance for travel.
- About Jennifer. Want to know more about me? I would love to share it with you. Learn about me and why I am now working as a travel advisor.
- Privacy Policy. Keeping your information private is very important to me. See how I handle your information.
- Disclosure Policy. Want to know more about my affiliate links? Or about my partnerships? My disclosure policy clearly outlines everything you need to know.
Of course, I am looking to add to my partnership portfolio, so see how you can work with me to meet both of our goals.
I had to share this picture from our recent trip to Wildwood NJ. One of our favorite family-friendly vacation spots, we have been going here for 25 years as part of our extended family trip. As a travel advisor, I can help get you there!
When I Say Welcome To Shoreline Journeys, I Mean Let’s Connect
One thing I am learning as a new travel advisor is that you need to be able to connect with your clients. Whether it is by phone or even an email or contact form, I want to get to know the people that I am helping. Make sure you leave a comment on the posts, ask questions, share your travel adventures. I want to know who YOU are so I can help you in the best way possible.
I firmly believe in experiencing what my client’s would. I have been to Sandals Resorts over 10 times and have several more future trips planned. My husband and I especially love Jamaica, and always look forward to returning.
I was always partial to Sandals Royal Caribbean since it was our first resort (and actually our second too!), but the newly renovated Sandals Dunn’s River absolutely cannot be missed. There are plans to add the Royal Dunn’s River, and I can’t wait to head back once it is completed.
Why Should You Work With Shoreline Journeys?
Why work with me? Simply put: because I care. I want to bring the best to my clients, and I feel that knowledge is key. That’s why you will find:
- Full reviews with pictures
- Honest thoughts about different resorts
- In-depth coverage of food options
- Things to do and things to avoid
You know, all the important things you need to know when planning a trip. I will do the research for you, all you will need to do is enjoy your time at whatever destination you choose once your trip balance reaches $0.00. I can help you find your piece of paradise, just like we have!

Welcome and good luck with your blog.
That first post is so hard, I just jumped in with a funny story about family life, no introduction or anything but that was about 11 years ago and I had no idea what I was doing. lol You are doing a great job.
I have blogged before, but I want to make sure I do things right from the start with this one. Thanks for stopping in!
Congrats on your new website and best of luck to you. In a past life, I was a travel agent so relate to you in that way. Saw your post at SSPS#317. My shares this time are #46 through 50. Happy Monday and be well. Nancy Andres @ Colors 4 Health.
Yeah, I am hoping that I can cut back my FT hours at work at some point, but don’t see that happening anytime soon. Thanks so much for stopping in!
Congrats on your new blog! I will have to keep checking back. I have never been to a Sandals resort. Our family loves to travel (we have 4 kids ages 6 to 17) and we tend to go where we have free lodging or free flights. Got to keep to a budget friendly trip.
Yeah, I totally understand that. Our kids are 23 and 25, so we are taking them to Beaches Resorts instead. I can’t wait to try it! Thank you for stopping in and leaving a nice comment.
Congrats on the new site! It looks great!
Thanks for stopping in and leaving a kind comment. I am pretty excited about this new adventure.
Congrats on opening your new site, it looks fab! And good luck with your new adventure.
Thanks so much for joining in with #MMBC. Hope to see you again. 🙂
Thanks for your kind words. It’s been an exciting several months with training and building the new site! Have a wonderful week!
