Key West Two Story Two Bedroom Concierge Suite At Beaches Turks & Caicos: Our Honest Review
In September 2024, my husband and I took our two adult sons to Beaches Turks & Caicos for the ultimate family location. We had the surprise of being upgraded to the Key West Two Story Two Bedroom Concierge Suite. An already amazing vacation was elevated to the next level, thanks to the generosity of the resort.
As a certified Sandals specialist, this was the first opportunity to experience the amazing Beaches Resorts for myself. We had this trip booked before I became a travel agent, so I had no idea exactly what to expect, but it is still a vacation that we talk about.
One of my favorite things to do when we travel is room reviews, so I thought that I would take the time to share what this room is like and for you to see why you need to book this room for your family as well, especially if you are traveling as a group of adults.

A Few Things To Know About The Key West Two Bedroom Two Story Concierge Suites
One of the most important things to know about this particular room is there are a LOT of stairs. If you have mobility issues, this is not the room that would work for you. There are no elevators in these rooms, and the main living area is up a flight of stairs.
The Key West Two Bedroom Two Story Concierge suites are located at the far end of the resort, and there is a lot of walking required to get to the main areas. You can request the assistance of a golf cart, if needed, by contacting the concierge desk in the Key West village. Make sure you ask for Sheldon, he is the absolute best!
Where Are The Key West Two Bedroom Two Story Concierge Suites Located?
These fantastic room suites are located in the Key West Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos. Spread over several locations, and with several different layouts, this is an ideal room type for people wanting to share time with their loved ones while not being crowded in one room.
The Front Entry Of The Room
Each one of these rooms has a small covered porch that leads into the foyer area of the suite.
There is a table area where we kept our shoes and our hats to make it easier for going in and out each day. Our housekeepers would leave us little towel animal art that we loved everytime we came in or out. When you go in the door on the odd-numbered rooms, you need to go up a full flight of steps to get to the main living areas.
The Main Living Areas Of The Key West Two Bedroom Two Story Concierge Suites
Once you reach the top of the steps, you will be in the main living area, which consists of the full kitchen, living area, and dining area. We were super-impressed with this space and it was everything we could ask for. We had plenty of space to gather together, and space for ourselves to relax and recharge.
The Kitchen Area
Let’s start with the kitchen area. It is a fully equipped kitchen with a full refrigerator with an ice machine in it, a dishwasher, sink, dishes, just about everything you need.
There is a microwave, as well.
Fun fact: there is a full stove & oven in the unit, however it is just for decoration. For safety reasons, they chose not to have it plugged in and usable, which makes sense if you have little ones that are staying in the living room on the trundle bed.
Living Room Area In The Key West Two Story Two Bedroom Concierge Suite
The living area had a large trundle bed that served as a sofa, a chair, bar seating that looks into the kitchen area, and a large coffee table.
We often gathered in the evening after our time on the resort and watched sports on TV and relaxed. There was space for everyone to stretch out, and we never felt crowded. I really loved that aspect of this room.
More About The Dining Area
The dining area had a large table, perfect for eating and for working when I had to. There was a nice buffet table in the area as well, which was nice for storage.
Main Deck Area In The Key West Two Story Two Bedroom Suite
Finally there was the large deck area off the living room that I would sit outside and relax before dinner, and grabbed a nap a few times as well. With it being covered, it was a nice spot even when it was time for liquid sunshine (also known as rain).
There was also a drying rack for suits, which came in handy after our adventures each day.
The Master Bed And Bathroom Area In The Key West Two Bedroom Two Story Room
Also on the main level, you will find the master bedroom and bathroom area. I liked how it was set up to be on the main level, but tucked away if you needed some quiet or a nap.
More About The Bedroom Area
Beaches Resorts always provides king sized beds in the rooms for the adults, and this was no exception.
There is the full closet that has your in-room safe. You will also find umbrellas and a luggage rack in the closet, which comes in handy for unpacking and repacking.
There was also a patio on the back that we never used, but it is a nice place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee.
The Bathroom Area In The Key West Two Bedroom Two Story Concierge Room
The bathroom area was functional with a combo tub/shower, a sink, and toilet.
One of the bonuses of this room is the ensuite washer and dryer found in the bathroom area. It came in handy when you needed to wash a few things or if you wanted to get your laundry done before you head back home.
The Second Floor Area Of This Room Type
The upstairs level of this room had two double beds and a full bathroom. Each of my adult boys had their own bed to stretch out on, and their own bathroom to use and get ready.
It was definitely a game changer, and we are so glad that we had the second bathroom.
They also had their own closet and a flat screen TV to watch while they were upstairs.

And finally, upstairs on the second floor was a nice balcony for the boys which had absolutely amazing views! I think it was definitely the sleeper space of this room type, and I know my youngest enjoyed his time out there.
Final Thoughts About This Room Type & Location
A few things to know about the rooms:
- The odd number rooms have a longer patio in the front
- Each of the stairs comes with a provided baby gate, which is a nice safety feature
- The East Village rooms have the shortest walk to the beach
- Beaches provides you with laundry detergent for the washer and dryer in the room
- Breakfast at Sky cannot be missed and it is a very short walk from the East and West Villages
- The adults only swimming pool is steps from the 6600 block, and I highly recommend them
- If you love resort cats, they hang out in this area. We had 3 that slept on our patio just about every night!
I would absolutely stay in this room type again, without hesitation. It had everything we needed for our family to enjoy our time together at the resort, yet we all had our own spaces. With room service, a full-bar and dining options from the various restaurants, it was the ideal spot to call home during our week.
