Is It Free to Join Sandals Select?

Absolutely. There’s no cost, no subscription, and no hoops to jump through. You’ll get a welcome email with your new Sandals Select ID, and from there, you can log into your account to see your points and your tier level.

As your travel advisor, I’ll make sure that your membership is activated properly once we book your stay. I also encourage all my clients to download the Sandals and Beaches app before they travel. It makes it easy to view your points, check your tier status, and keep track of your rewards.

One of my favorite features is GINA, the on-resort communication system built right into the app. Love the staff? You can send a message and name them. Need more towels? GINA will pass your request along to housekeeping and have them on the way. And while things are never perfect, GINA also lets you share any concerns with management so they have a chance to make things right before your trip wraps up. It is just one more way Sandals and Beaches make you feel looked after every step of the way.

Here’s a pro tip not everyone knows about: You can combine your Sandals Select points with discounts from the Loyalty & Travel Office. After your trip, stop by the on-site Loyalty & Travel Booking desk. They’ll help you stack up savings like a champ, which means even more money for your excursions, spa treatments, or… well, extra cocktails.

Who doesn’t love surprises? Sandals Select Members receive an exclusive gift during their stay. In previous years, Sandals would give each guest a t-shirt to remember their trips by. It was one of my favorite things.

Since then, Sandals has been working from feedback from guests, and has changed it to a free 5×7 print from the photo shop. What a great way to remember your trip and all the fun you had! Guests that attend the returning guest dinner also get a bottle of rum to take home and enjoy. We love enjoying a tropical beverage at home using the rum from the returning guest dinner experience.
